Pharos client installation instructions

If you want the Pharos print client to install on your local desktop computer, here’s how to do it:

1. Log into myneu.neu.edu with your NEU credentials
2. Select the Services & Links tab
3. Scroll down about 2/3rds of the page; in the left hand column, click on the link for Software Downloads
4. A pop-up window will open; the 7th & 8th options down are the Windows & Mac based links, respectively, for downloading the Virtual Print Client
5. Select the radio button of the option you’d like, then click Continue at the bottom of the pop-up window
6. Agree to the license on the resulting screen
7. If necessary, select 32 bit vs 64 bit operating system and click Continue
8. Click the Download button at the bottom, save the file somewhere local on your computer
9. Run said file, click Install, then Finish when done
