Do you like the convenience of DropBox, but worry about compliance issues posed by keeping University business data in an off-campus for-profit cloud?

COEcloud is a private on-campus cloud service for file storage and sharing. While it looks and acts very much like DropBox, the data is stored and backed up on the College's own servers. With COEcloud, you can have convenient access to your files and stay in compliance with University policies on storage of business data.

Click here to get started (log in with your COE credentials):

COEcloud logins are available to all COE faculty/staff accounts, with a default quota of 5 Gb per user. Individuals may request higher quotas as needed.

COEcloud is powered by the open-source package "ownCloud". ownCloud supports popular web browsers and Windows, Mac, and Linux desktops, as well as iOS and Android mobile devices. Please see the following links for more information about ownCloud.
