
Reobtain Product Keys
From COEHELP
To re-obtain product keys for Windows 10 and VMWare Fusion
- This is valid for any software already ordered via OnTheHub / Academic Software Center portal:
- Sign-in to myNortheastern with your myNortheastern login credentials
- Navigate to 'Services & Links' on the top bar.
- In the search bar, search for software, and navigate to the link for 'Free and Discounted Software for your computer'.
- This link is also under the Tech 'Marketplace for Students' heading
- On the top right corner, click on username@husky.neu.edu, where "username" is your myNortheastern username, and then select 'Your Account/Orders'.
- Click on 'View Details' for the software product you need the product key for.
- Please note that the product key will only be available for viewing on the website for the first month after you have placed your order, so save it in a text file or write it down.
- After a month, a fee of $11.95 will be assessed for re-displaying previously ordered product keys.
