Linux Machines in the College of Engineering
- We have 4 Linux machines which serve as gateways. They each have about 50GB of ram to handle heavy loads. Log in to gateway.coe.neu.edu, and a load-balancer will direct you to one of these gateway hosts.
The gateway machines have Centos7 64 bit installed.
- We also have Centos7 based Linux virtual machines available in our VLAB.
- We have 2 machines alpha.coe.neu.edu & beta.coe.neu.edu running centos6 32 bit.
- We have an ARM based machine. Its hostname is degrees.coe.neu.edu. To connect, first log in to the gateway, then type this:
ssh -p 27 degrees
